Responsabilità essenziali:
- Manage and deliver a full-cycle recruitment and selection process, conducting comprehensive and tailored screenings and interviews, to ensure Motion Technologies attracts and hires the best talent, (both from within and externally).
- Maintain a strong track record across all current and closed requisitions managed to facilitate decisions based on data insights.
- Manage and coordinate new requisition briefings with Hiring Managers.
- Review and update Job descriptions and job postings based by proving a comprehensive analysis based on the talent market insights.
- Build proactive partnerships with all functional heads, Hiring Managers and HRBPs by providing strategic insight into the talent market and creative solutions to company workforce needs.
- Proactively collaborating on enhancing MT recruitment-relevant social media profiles.
- Own relationships with third party suppliers, utilizing their services if/ when needed, ensuring delivery standards are high and suppliers act as MT external voice, building consistent and appealing brand.
- Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices - be a true diversity ambassador.
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on Employer Branding and other related Talent acquisition projects.
Requisiti di posizione:
- 5 years experience in recruitment, Both inhouse or Internal.
- An understanding of industrial technical concepts is key.
- Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly and provide flexibility where required.
- Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching as a minimum, other innovative sourcing tools advantageous
- Knowledge of recruiting across the EMEA region advantageous.
- Previous experience working with Workday and ICIMS.
- Fluent English.
