About you and the team
You
_will_ manage the end-to-end recruiting cycles to build successful talent pipelines for our business needs. The
_Talent Acquisition recruiter_ will also manage and coordinate the activities for the Internal Job posting.
Finally, you are responsible for engaging and nurturing the relationship with selected recruiting agencies (for example headhunter, if needed) and the service providers (LinkedIn).
The team you will join is international and located in different cities within Europe. You will work in our HQ in Milan with the possibility to work remotely for 8 days per month.
Key Responsibilities
- partner with the business and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines;
- review the business needs, create and advertise the job descriptions on suitable recruiting channels;
- manage the internal job posting process and efforts for the assigned region/country;
- make sure that we are reaching and creating a diverse talent pool;
- prepare and extend offers which are competitive while considering internal equity;
- ensure documentation and organize successful on boarding;
- update our ATS (Workday) accordingly;
- prepare ad hoc reports when requested;
- attend and organize events to support the employer branding initiatives, covering also universities and student hires.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing end to end recruiting processes.
- Experience in implementing recruiting strategies.
- Experience in sourcing techniques and strategies (Boolean Searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media)
- Proven record in building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (recruiting agencies and providers).
- Experience in organizing and managing recruiting and employer branding events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent level of English - any additional language spoken is plus.
