Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA, the Talent Acquisition Partner International Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in leading our recruitment efforts on an international scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across various functions and geographies. This individual will leverage their expertise in both agency and industry recruitment to drive results, enhance our employer brand, and support the growth and success of IRCA Group. Key Responsibilities: ·Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and priorities. ·Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify, engage, and hire top talent across global markets, including both active and passive candidates. ·Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online channels, to build robust candidate pipelines. ·Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with IRCA Group's values, objectives, and quality standards. ·Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance IRCA Group's reputation as an employer of choice, both locally and internationally. ·Provide guidance and support to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional development and growth. ·Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field ·Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting for senior-level positions within both recruitment agencies and industry settings. ·Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. ·Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels and techniques. ·Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, with the ability to align recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ·High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices. ·Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
