The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting primarily Italy, will make an impact: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates; use Viatris recruitment tools (Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn recruiter, etc.).
Manage the selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand emerging trends that influence recruitment activities.
Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers to discuss role details and develop recruitment strategies.
Establish strong business relationships with leaders to understand their recruitment needs.
Deliver and negotiate role offers with candidates, including coordination of salary packages and benefits.
Build our talent brand through internal partnerships and external engagement.
Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, working closely with the Shared Service team.
Engage in regionally led recruitment projects to improve processes and expand service offerings.
About Your Skills & Experience At least 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
Strong execution capability, able to prioritize and drive collaboration.
Experience working with a Talent Center of Excellence and HR Shared service model.
Problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Third level Degree Qualified in a related discipline.
Knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations desired.
Fluency in Italian and English, ideally another European language.
Ability to work efficiently within a small team and individually.
