**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Dematic is hiring for a talented and successful **Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter **within our EMEA Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting **for **EMEA **.
We are looking for a strong and energetic talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business.
This individual will have an ability to execute with little direction, problem solve to achieve goals and will help evolve, innovate and revolutionize recruiting to drive positive change for the organization while providing customer support and working with cross-functional teams.
This position will be based in **Cernusco sul Naviglio.

**This Is What You Will Do In This Role**
Work closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a true partner and advisor within Talent Acquisition - analyzing data, setting benchmarks, sourcing ROI, strategy, competitor analysis and more.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must have a high energy level, be pro-active and support oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field.
- Minimum 3 years' recruiting experience, ideally either in an in-house or RPO environment
- Experience recruiting positions in preferred.engineering field is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience with ATS (e.g.
: Workday, Success Factors)
