Talent Acquisition Partner Florence, Milan RAL - Depending on seniority Presentation of job position Responsibilities Lionard is looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to strengthen the HR Department based in Florence, Rome, and Milan.
The resource will actively contribute to the company's expansion plan, which includes the opening of 13 new offices throughout the country and, specifically, will manage the following activities: Defining Job Profiles to be sought in agreement with General Management; Screening applications according to company guidelines to ensure high standards of efficiency, accuracy and timeliness; Management of online and in-person interviews; Selection of the best professional profiles related to the sales and corporate world; Supporting the assessment and onboarding processes of new staff entrants; Consolidation of growth paths and career development in the company.

Expected tenure: full-time employee contract.

Requirements At least 3 years of experience in the role within structured companies, Job Agency or Head Hunting companies; Strong interest in the Luxury World; Strategic vision and strong results orientation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent teamworking skills; Bachelor's degree preferable in business disciplines.
Having been an agency owner and/or licensed real estate agent is a plus in the evaluation of profiles.
