Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP), you are independently responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within our Commercial organization in both Italy and Iberia.
Your mission is to identify and attract future business leaders and talented individuals for exciting roles within our various commercial and aftermarket functions.
You'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners across various business sectors and functions to fill critical vacancies.
Your responsibilities include driving the requisition process, crafting compelling job advertisements, conducting interviews, and guiding Hiring Managers through our talent strategy.
Your market expertise will inform strategic decisions, and you'll actively contribute to building our Electrolux employer brand in these Talent Markets.
Language requirements : Italian, English and preferably Spanish as well.
Desired Skills and Experience Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have over one year of recruiting experience.
In-house experience is preferred, but agency/RPO background is also valuable, especially if you've handled volume hiring.
Process-Driven: You have a proven track record of driving recruitment processes forward, coupled with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Proficiency in all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, networking, assessing candidates, legal considerations, job analysis, salary trends, and relationship management.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Calm Under Pressure: You anticipate challenges and maintain composure even in high-pressure situations.
International Mindset: Experience working across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
Business English: Strong communication skills in English.
Flexibility and Passion: A flexible approach to work and genuine enthusiasm for recruiting are essential.
