This position offers training opportunities in international talent acquisition.List of Daily Activities:Assist the Key Account Manager in posting job openings on ATS and job boardsSearch for candidates on various job boardsCall candidates to assess their soft skillsOrganize interviews with selected candidatesManage candidate follow-up using our ATS toolsAdhere to ongoing ATS processesParticipate in ATS updatesEnsure continuous monitoring of active projectsMaintain relationships with hired consultantsRequired ProfileEducation: Minimum of 3 years of university educationExperience: Minimum of 2 years recruiting industrial engineersPreferred previous experience: Energy/renewable resources industryWork location: Milan – with the possibility of remote workLanguages: Fluent English is requiredSoftware: Knowledge of "LinkedIn Recruiter" is preferredSoft skills:Accuracy (one of the key qualities for this position)Adherence to procedures and a sense of well-executed workWillingness to learnAbility to work in an international work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
