Talent Acquisition & Hr Specialist

**You will be in charge of the following tasks**:
- Manage the policy of Talent Acquisition, defining best practices to attract top talent;
- Manage all recruiting channels (CRM, Linkedin profile, direct search, etc.
);
- Define and implement Employer Branding policies.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Humanities, Communication or Human Resources Management is preferable;
- Good knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques and a passion for HR issues;
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize the workload, and motivation: you are determined to operate in a young, dynamic, fast-growing environment;
- You're a strong team player and a great communicator, with strong interpersonal skills;
- Digital skills and professional knowledge of Excel;
- You are fluent in Italian and English (B2 Level); any additional language is appreciated.
