For the strengthening of the HR unit, we are looking for talented professionals to grow their career as Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist. Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies. Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Assess candidate interest and ability to thrive in ION culture. Foster lasting relationships with candidates. Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process. Share best practice interviewing techniques with Interviewers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Learning & Development:
Support the management of the performance appraisal process. Design, plan, and manage talent management initiatives. Design and support the management/development pathways. Plan, organize, and monitor training activities, including logistics management, feedback collection, and report preparation. Support the development of digital HR process management systems and tools. Provide periodic updates of HR Learning & Development reports using various tools. Collaborate with other HR team members on projects and initiatives based on operational needs. Support the organization and management of specific HR processes related to people engagement in collaboration with other company functions. Other duties

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
Master's degree in Economics/Psychology or HR-related subjects (with honors). Ambitious, efficient, and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities. Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines. Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (minimum C1). 5+ years previous experience in Talent Acquisition & Development. Knowledge of training design, management of talent paths, implementation of Welfare and Wellbeing programs for employees. Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience, with proven success in recruiting and filling positions also in the Tech space at up to Senior levels. Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint. With your "get things done" attitude, you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment. Willingness to learn and use software tools. Result-driven, OKR driven. What we offer:
