IL CANDIDATO IDEALE Has a brilliant academic background At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Headhunting Has analytical skills Can think out-of-the-box Is a good listener and has empathy Is proactive and quick Is precise and can organize work Has skills in evaluation and synthesis Shows initiative and autonomy Has a good knowledge of English (at least B2) *some interviews are in English, some clients are multinationals. SEDE DI LAVORO:90% of work in smart-working - office in Milan 2 times a month.
