JOB PURPOSE The researched profile is a professional in tailoring, and ensures, on the basis of the guidelines received, the correct and punctual implementation of the repairs.
He proactively contributes to the closure and success of the sale by carrying out complex and precise tailoring work, based on his proven expertise, knowledge and experience of materials and sewing techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for the alteration/tailoring inside the store and ensure to carry out the repairs within the timing foreseen and the high-quality standard.
• Ensure qualified customer consultation and support with regard to individual change requests.
• Together with the Client Advisor takes care about the customer fitting.
• Ensure the procurement of all the material necessary for the tailoring and the maintenance of all tailoring tools.
• Manage product handling between the Store and all the external service providers (laundry, knitwear factories, external tailor's labs, etc.).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Completed training as a tailor
Relevant professional experience in women's fashion sector
Routine handling of sewing machines and manual sewing
Enthusiasm for fashion, trends and textiles
Care, accuracy and independent work
