We are currently looking for a Tactical Procurement Expert to support one of our projects near Turin.
Responsibilities:Selection of suppliersProvide vendor and subcontract sourcing and pricing for Requests for Quotes (RFQs)Analyze and evaluate vendor offers, proposals, contracts of indirect material and purchased partsCarrying out contract negotiationsPerformance of cost-price analysisDevelop and implement cost savings projects and financial forecasting - KPIEvaluation and improvement of supplier performancesMaintain accurate and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receiptsCreate and manage all POsAbout you:Degree in disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing processes and negotiationStrong negotiation skillsStrong knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ processesStrong database and computer skillsExpert in IT tools and systems (ERP, MRP, MS Office)Exemplary written and verbal communicationStrong diplomatic and collaboration skillsGood leadership and teamworkDemonstrates strong self-efficacy and ability to take initiative in problem solvingKeeps an entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity, and a passion for learning & growthExperience in process improvementGood English knowledgeAvailable to relocateJob details:Duration: variableLocation: near TurinStart date: SeptemberNext StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
