CHINT is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment, focused on high-quality power transformers. Our company is committed to providing reliable and efficient solutions to our customers, and we are looking for a skilled Site Services Specialist to join our team.
As a Site Services Specialist (HV), you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of power transformers at various customer sites. You will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to ensure that all transformer installations are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team, HQ customer service center, and customers to provide necessary technical support and services.Implement and supervise project installations (on-site). Prepare and record process control documents and obtain final acceptance certification from clients. Fill and submit project files to the global customer center.Conduct product installations, maintenance, and repairs as needed, providing on-site technical services, accident handling services, product maintenance, and replacement.Control costs and budget for regional customer service, including product replenishment, travel expenses, and express delivery.Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.Coordinate and oversee the installation of power transformers at customer sites.Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on transformers as needed.Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes.Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.Communicate with customers to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.Maintain accurate records of all work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop and implement efficient installation and maintenance processes.Stay up to date on industry standards and advancements in power transformer technology.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in power transformer installation and maintenance.Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the electrical industry.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant programs.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
