Job description We are recruiting a skilled System Test Engineer for product Integration, Verification and Validation process. In this position, you will assist the System Test Team Leader. You will ensure that all integrations conform to system requirements by developing test plans and analysis using development documentation.
Duties and responsibilities The selected candidate will take the following responsibilities:
Participate to the Civitanavi Systems new product introduction process and engineering reviews.Develop test strategies, write, and conduct associated test procedures or analysis and document test results.Support the execution of development and de-risking activities in support of new programs and new technology's introduction.Support the integration between Inboard and Outboard equipment and between Civitanavi and third-party equipment.Design and develop HIL custom test equipment.Design and develop custom test equipment for: failure injection, data collection, measurement, data simulation, etc.Arrange and verify the test set-up and tools for the test activities.Contribute to the maintenance of internal test instruments and equipment. Qualification and skills Required 6+ years of technical engineering experience.4+ years of experience as System test engineer.High school diploma or bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field such as Physics.Highly experienced in Avionics Communications, standards, and regulations (SAE ARP, MIL-STD, RTCA DO, ARINC, etc.).Experience with electronic laboratory instruments and Avionics tools.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).Work passion, smart learning attitude and accuracy.Attitude to relationship with other persons and teamwork.Knowledge of English Language (written and spoken) at B2 level or greater.Availability to travel.Preferred Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.Experience in coding to support test automation (Labview, Python, C language).Experience with Matlab/Simulink.Experience in requirements management using IBM DOORS database.Basic Knowledge of IPS and ability in braising (optional).Basic knowledge of English in writing and speaking (optional).Basic Knowledge of Inertial Navigation Systems (optional).Benefits and Perks Free lunch meal, coffee bar, additional health insurance.
