Tasks and Qualifications: Your Tasks: You define detailed process steps and process deviations within your area of responsibility. You are responsible for defining the solution design in collaboration with SAP/Non-SAP systems for machine integration, including flashing, digital twin, robot, AGV, etc. You promote standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions within the SAP Industrial Engineering environment with SAP S/4, SAP ERP, and Siemens Teamcenter. You manage and coordinate the respective design concerning new requirements and communicate decisions to the relevant organizations. Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating and actively managing the key user network for brands worldwide. You act as the first point of contact for local key users or other members of the business unit and manage outcomes (creation, validation, testing, deployment, training). If necessary, you escalate first-level support issues to KION Group IT. Your Qualifications: You have a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable field of study. You can demonstrate 3 years of relevant work experience in SAP – PP; knowledge of Teamcenter/SAP PLM is desirable. Experience in master data migration from SAP R3 to S/4 is advantageous but not mandatory. You have gained experience working with flashing/parameterization of equipment together with digital twin technology. You possess experience in problem-solving with local key users and IT, as well as in analyzing business information. Your ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, along with your fluent communication skills in English, completes your profile; German is optional.
