PURPOSE
To manage the correct functioning of the helpdesk and to execute activities in order to ensure the management of networks and infrastructures for offices and production sites of Italian companies.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manages the maintenance of system software
- Manages the Help Desk service
- Manages the operating systems of both servers and clients and their updates
- Manages the Group's databases
- Manages hardware peripherals
- Manages the active directory and monitors access to it
- Follows the integration for new acquisitions
- Contributes to satisfying the continuing need for IT innovation and development
- Acts in compliance with Data Protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies
- Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture
- Applies Corporate Principles and Values
**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT**
- Associates degree in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent technical school training and/or experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem solving, diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Knowledge for supporting Windows Operating Systems including: Install, troubleshooting and configuration
- Knowledge for supporting Microsoft Office and 365 Applications, Microsoft Intune, Azure.
- Knowledge of virtual infrastructures and backup systems
- Knowledge of network topology and client configuration for connectivity
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of peripheral and accessory/adapter hardware
- Demonstrated passion for technology
- English Level B1- B2
