The resource will be hired in Italy and will travel across EuropeKey AccountabilitiesResponsibilities and duties: Define and Maintain System documentation and baseline, including requirements, design and justification documents, Installation, Administration and User Manuals, statement of compliances, test cases and procedures and other technical documents; Support site surveys, site installations and provide on-site support; Perform systems troubleshooting for the supported systems and internal support systems; Support the integration and testing of the system configuration items as required; Liaise with the customer and/or internal responsible service for problem resolution and provide second-line support as required; Performance of other duties in the filed of system engineering may be required.
