System Administrator (Malta)

Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position; Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving; Understanding the principles of network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall; Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE; Experience working with network equipment RB Mikrotik, Ubiquity Unifi, etc.; Experience working with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.; Experience in working with network equipment, purchase, configuration, and support; Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, NPS, RADIUS, etc.; Excellent problem-solving skills; Experience working with JAMF PRO will be a great plus. English - Intermediate. Nice to have: Attention to details; Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms; Good communication skills. Main responsibilities: Technical support for office and remote employees; Setting up new workstations for employees; Installation and configuration of software, office, and network equipment; Configuration and administration of office networks; Control of user access to systems; Administration of macOS, Windows, Linux; Purchase of equipment; Inventory of IT equipment; Support internal Access Control System; Troubleshooting.
