**
**Position Description**:
The purpose of the _Swine KAM _role in Elanco is to achieve sales target in the assigned feed industry accounts and area and to coordinate disciplined execution of value-added activities and scientific information with key stakeholders within the assigned customers influencing the Elanco sales of the national Swine business and the Elanco reputation in these fields.
**Functions, Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to achieve sales target in the assigned Sw feed industry accounts.
- Responsible to lead and coordinate disciplined execution of valued added activities and scientific information to key feed industry stakeholders (Vets, Nutritionists) as main influencers of Elanco Sw products prescription/adoption at end user level.
- Transfer key messages and scientific information about Elanco Sw products to freelance Vets in the Center area.
- Analyze and utilize sales data (Sell In/Sell Out, SIT) to drive investments in the assigned accounts and area.
- Actively collaborate with FA DSM to ensure appropriate collaboration with sales reps leveraging on opportunities and synergies between feed industry, Sw field vets and farmers.
- Actively collaborate with Sw marketing team on new potential added value projects/activities identification.
- She/He is part of the local Sw Commercial Lead Team.
**Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)**:
- Strong knowledge of Swine sectors
- Strong knowledge of Swine Feed Industry
- Proven record of key account management
- Ability to influence and deliver results through others
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
- Familiarity and/or experience in internal Elanco processes such as supply, quality, business plan, marketing plans
- Deep understanding of Elanco capabilities
- English level (spoken and written) at least upper intermediate (Full B2)
**Additional Preferences**:
- Knowledge of the animal health industry economics and drivers

- 70% of time in the field
