You will work directly with the customer to analyze the project requirements and define the tools and technologies needed to be used for the project and quality targets. You will drive Your team to comply with the milestones of the project during the Software Development Life Cycle.• Process Advisory. You will provide direct support to internal and external stakeholders and You will oversee knowledge transfer and ramp-up processes (with methodologies and tools). You will lead the Quality Assurance & Validation team, providing your knowledge and your expertise.• Technologies & Tools Development. You will be part of the Company strategy and technologies analysis for the Quality Assurance services.WHAT DO WE NEED?• Academic Backbone. With a brilliant BSc or MSc in:Computer Science or technical equivalentAutomation/Automotive/MechatronicEconomy or Management EngineeringSome experience in a similar role, with a focus on Testing & Validation best practices, with a System Engineering mindset and a sincere interest in related innovationtrends. Good knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).Technical Basic independency with the most common SW areas (front-end, back-end, databases, etc…).Knowledge of the most common Test Management tools (JIRA, HP ALM) will be considered a plus.Basic knowledge of Agile/Waterfall processes and the Test Automation approach will be considered a plus.• Soft Skills. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders. Professional knowledge of written and spoken English language is required.WHO WE ARE?
