He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design.Context and Purpose of the jobThe Sustainability Supply Chain Coordinator will take care of the analysis and monitoring of ESG risks in supply chain processes, managing the implementation of solid controls, analysis and audits and identifying alarm signals. She/he will manage the audits and implement corrective action plans, developing sustainability projects and certifications to ensure that all the activities of the supply chain are conducted in compliance with the supplier sustainability code, the ESG objectives of the Group's sustainability strategy, the sustainability guidelines, laws and international human and environmental rights conventions.Responsibilities Process mapping and the implementation of operational procedures and documentsConduct controls and coordinate the activities carried out by auditors, support auditors during the inspection at a corporate level and of the supply chainMonitoring of the processes, through the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Analyze and present the data collected, concerning the suppliers and the audits performedSupport in the development and application of programs to involve the suppliers in the achievement of group ESG objectivesSupport and coordination of data collection's phase, data analysis and project management with internal subjects of the Company and the Group, especially regarding analysis and monitoring of supply chainsGood knowledge of environmental and social certificationsManagement of technical and operational activities necessary to obtain and maintain environmental and social certificationsParticipation in working groups engaged in the development of environmental projects, developing proposals within the framework of defined objectives and agreed guidelinesRequirementsMust Have Skills 5 years of experience in the roleMaster's degree in Engineering, Economics, StatisticsA specific Master's degree in Sustainability will be considered a plusExcellent analytical skillsExperience in audit activitiesGood knowledge of environmental and social legislationGood understanding of the environmental, social, product, system and process certification standardsFluent in English (written and spoken)Great communication and organizational skills, positive and flexible attitude, attention to details, problem solvingWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
