To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications & Sustainability.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Sustainability Specialist to join the Sustainability team.

Reporting into: Senior Sustainability Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Coordinate environmental reporting process, working with other departments to collect data across full sustainability spectrum
- Manage existing certifications and compliance processes to avoid potential reputational risk (e.g., Responsible Jewellery Council Certification)
- Develop and manage ad hoc projects related to our environmental performance and supply chain management (e.g.
life cycle assessments, GHG inventory management, environmental guidelines, implementation of the roadmap towards a zero-waste business, coordination of the Supply Chain Transparency Programme)
- Monitor Science Based Targets emission reduction trajectory adherence
- Work effectively with stakeholders across the business to coordinate activities and help drive strategic initiatives in areas of education, inclusivity and environment
- Coordinate volunteering initiatives for the organization and ensure alignment to company strategy
- Support the identification of sustainability objectives and targets
- Actively monitor sustainability and environmental legislation
The type of person we are looking for:
- Master's degree and at least 3 years related work experience
- Expert knowledge of issues surrounding sustainability, with a strong focus on greenhouse gas emissions and supply chain
Experience with supply chain traceability, and environmental and social assessments
- Expert knowledge of international guidelines on non-financial reporting (i.e.Global Reporting Initiative; International Integrated Reporting Council)
- Excellent people skills - ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Strong organizational skills to effectively assist in the management of multiple projects from start to completion
- Proficient level of Italian and English skills required
