Sustainability Specialist

Reporting to Fendi Sustainability Manager, the profile is responsible of animating and implementing FENDI's Traceability Climate strategy across departments and in the Supply Chain team.
The position is based in Rome.Main Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (in particular CSRD, Product Eco-Score) and consistency of related reporting at LVMH Group and institutional levels:Deploy the CSRD roadmap for environmental data working cross functionally: planning, definition of procedures, data collection and aggregation, reporting reviewImplement data tools to facilitate the collection and digitalization within FENDI in collaboration with IT department (in particular the development of the Upstream Traceability Tool)Develop monitoring dashboards presented regularly internally and to Top Management- Support the development of the Climate strategy:Regularly measure of the Carbon FootprintSupport the decarbonization approach and monitor the implementation of action plans in the different departments- Contribute to LVMH working groups and relevant initiatives related to Climate and Traceability themesProfileMaster's degree in Engineering, Science or Economy fields; a specialization in Sustainability will be a plusMinimum of 2-3 years' experience on Sustainability-related activitiesStrong experience in data analysis, MS Office (Excel) and Power BIAdvanced knowledge of Carbon accounting and ESG reportingPassion and curious about SustainabilityTeam working attitude and strong communication skillsAnalytical profile with excellent organizational skillsFluency in Italian and English is a must, French language as a plusLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person's singularities.
