Main Activities:
Develop environmental and sustainability activities Contribute to the preparation of the documentation under the responsibility of the Sustainability function to comply with the requirements of the CSRD regulations Research on reporting standards, competitor performance and stakeholder trends with regards to sustainability Manage critical ESG aspects to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations Develop and manage stakeholder engagement activities Define, coordinate and implement KPIs and monitoring plan for ESG strategies Redefine processes from a circular perspective Develop Carbon Neutrality plans Support the corporate functions responsible for internal and external communication on sustainability issues Main Qualifications:
Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar role Strong affinity with Sustainability Degree in Engineering or a relevant field as Environment, Energy or Chemical Knowledge of European, environmental regulations, ESG and standards Experience in energy, water and waste management Knowledge of monitoring and quantification of GHG emissions (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO: 14067...) or equivalent exams at university level Knowledge of life cycle and carbon footprint analysis tools and methodologies Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and workflows will be a plus Fluent verbal and written English knowledge AGC Biologics is a leading global biopharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) with a strong commitment to delivering the highest standard of service as we work side-by-side with our clients and partners, every step of the way.
