**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess customer entities' ESG performance by analysing their public documentation and the complementary information provided.
- Engage with issuers, conducting interviews with senior executives, managers and employee representatives to obtain further in-depth information.
Provide feedback and formal presentation of the outcome of the analysis to the customer organisation.
- Produce relevant sustainability ratings, ESG assessment profiles and other assessment products and reports, using relevant methodology and processes.
Ensure that processes and products meet our quality standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Sustainability Rating format and methodology; help develop and update the format and content with a view to improve efficiency and meet market demands.
- Collaborate with Product and Methodology teams to deliver a new inception of the Sustainability Rating analytical tool and methodology.
Contribute to the Pilot test phase, gathering feedbacks and suggesting incremental improvements throughout.
Facilitate the inclusion of Pilot-phase learnings into the final product.
Contribute to on the launch of the product.
- Contribute to the training and development of more junior members of the team
- Ensure the highest quality of service delivered to our customers (high quality, responsiveness, adaptability, availability).
- Graduate/second-level degree in a related discipline (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, social justice, public policy), preferred
- Min 5-7 years professional experiences
- Demonstrated critical thinking.
Well-developed analytical skills, including financial analysis and accounting
- Deep knowledge of ESG topics and CSR, including experience producing related assessments or ratings
- Ability to work with various stakeholders including high-level executives
- Service-orientated.
Ability to multi-task and reprioritize as business priorities change
- Compelling communication skills to efficiently conduct interviews and manage client relationships with confidence, clarity and eloquence.
- Excellent English Language skills (working language) required, plus fluency in another language (French or Spanish preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team & international environment
