Sustainability Manager

The Professional division of Manpower Group is looking for, per customer company, a Sustainable Operations Manager who will be defining and leading different Sustainability Programs with Suppliers linked to important commitments of the Group, e.g. the one on responsible chemical management, on water stewardship and resources' efficiency.
Main tasks:
Lead the MRSL program and with production, suppliers, external stakeholders Be the reference person in ZDHC working Group, managing relationships with other Brands and stakeholders, contributing to internal working groups Deliver on the Group's Water Stewardship Program Lead an engagement program for suppliers on resources' efficiency, delivering training and support Act as a consultant for suppliers to support them in process innovation and in general on sustainability topics Innovate in Program Management, being responsible for the definition and creation of tools and methodology in order to support suppliers in reaching Sustainability Targets Coordinate the implementation and management of the Sustainability area of the Vendor portal, defining the architecture of the sustainability layer and the contents, delivering onboarding training for suppliers and internal colleagues Define and manage the Sustainability Vendor Rating of the Group, by creating the metrics for suppliers evaluation and organising the Group internal related governance Coordinate the yearly data collections in the supply chains and reporting
