If you are an innovative thinker with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in B Corp applications, we invite you to be part of our journey towards a greener future.Responsibilities:Product Sustainability: Conduct lab tests and analyze results to ensure product sustainability.Quality Marks and Certifications: Research and apply for quality marks such as EU Ecolabel and B Corp, and suggest necessary improvements.Supplier Agreements: Review and document sustainability agreements with suppliers, including labor practices, environmental policy, and ethics.Emissions Calculations: Calculate product and shipping emissions, and propose reduction strategies.Claims Substantiation: Refine website communication with accurate and transparent sustainability data.Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with company goals.Requirements:Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Proactive Approach: Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently.Attention to Detail: Precision in tasks and ability to spot inconsistencies.Dutch Fluency: Native Dutch speaker for effective communication and documentation.B Corp Experience: Successful application for B Corp certifications in the past.3+ Years in Sustainability: Minimum 3 years of experience in the sustainability field.Innovative Thinking: Ability to develop creative solutions for sustainability challenges.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate sustainability initiatives.E-commerce Specialization: Experience in sustainability within the e-commerce industry.
