Your Team Responsibilities : MSCI is seeking to expand its ESG and Climate Consultants team in Milan. MSCI ESG Research is a leading provider of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data, models, and tools to different capital markets participants globally. Successful candidates will have relevant experience working on a wide range of ESG and Climate topics (risk management, sustainability strategy, compliance, product creation, etc.) at banks, insurance companies, or consultancies covering financial institutions. They also exhibit a passion for these issues.
To succeed in the role, a consultant must have proven abilities to develop strong working relationships with external clients, learn MSCI ESG and climate solutions, and guide clients to better use those solutions in the context of each client's specific requirements, also leveraging other MSCI Analytics, Index, or Private Assets solutions.
Consultants are adaptable, eager problem solvers, and able to lead cross-organization projects in highly diverse teams. Great communication skills are a must as they represent MSCI ESG and Climate to all levels of client management.
