We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst willing to join our Communications & Marketing team to improve the company's environmental, social, and economic impacts. Your role involves analyzing data, implementing strategies, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.
You will take responsibility for the following activities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data needed for CSRD-required disclosure. This involves using various tools and software to manage and analyze large datasets. Manage the sustainability reporting process and prepare detailed reports on sustainability metrics, performance, and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental laws and regulations. Assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals. Compare the organization's sustainability performance against industry standards and best practices identifying areas for improvement and provide recommendations for achieving sustainability goals. Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, finance, and supply chain, to integrate sustainability into various business functions. Contribute to educate employees and stakeholders about sustainability practices and initiatives. Develop communication materials, conduct training sessions, and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization. Research and stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in sustainability. Requirements:
University degree, ideally any graduate or postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering or Communications Master in Sustainability or Communications Fluent in English, oral and written. Additional language skills are considered an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills 2/3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in a company or a consultancy agency Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Proactive way of working, strategic and results-oriented mindset Good understating of policies and related regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
