As Senior Process Engineer you will be the reference point for Surface modification processes like barreling and polishing.
Here are some responsibilities you will have:Work on Surface modification processes in order to solve issues and perform process improvementsDefine and work on technological roadmaps for surface modification processesCollaborate with suppliers for new process introductionActively collaborate to process standardization across the whole organization, globallyIdentify and execute cost savings initiativesAct as a consultant for surface-related topics for all other specialists internally in the team or even externally across the organizationSupport surface modification processes improvements and initiativesPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou do not see problems, you just see solutions.

Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing, and automation Engineer is appreciated.
You have an educational background in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
You have base knowledge of Metrology.
You approach problems through a rigorous scientific method.
You are a flexible person, able to adapt in an international context of constant change.
You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done.
