We are looking for multiple Support to Local HR Manager professionals on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries).
Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Manage the annual dedicated budget, including definition and reviews (actual vs. plan);Prepare and coordinate the local HR communication;Support HR and site events, including related purchase orders;Coordinate and develop local services (e.g.
medical service, school bus, childcare);Support newcomers and existing staff with their integration in the host country.
This includes the maintenance of the related Intranet pages;Organise ESA staff celebration events falling geographically under the Local HR Manager;Assist with other administrative local HR tasks as required.ATG is dedicated to diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer.
