**Summary**:
**Specific duties may include, but are not limited to**:
- Train, mentor, and provide quality control oversight of the 207th MIB(T) Soldiers and Civilians required to utilize the US.
Army Africa (USARAF) Theater Entry Database (TED) and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS)
- Provide initial and sustainment (daily, weekly, and as-required) training and entry quality control oversight on the TED and AP ACS systems and supporting tasks
- Support tasks including development of Personnel Recovery Plans, Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FF) Plans, risk assessments, detailed daily itineraries, aeromedical evacuation procedures, use of the foreign clearance guide, isolated personnel reports (ISOPREP), and understanding and implementing AFRICOM rules and regulations
- Provide a full range of trainer/mentor support, including management, technical support, and systems administration
- Develop training support packages, training plans, and training materials as necessary
- Contribute to changes and improvements in TTPs and doctrine
- Communicate user recommendations on required/requested improvements
- Consult with unit representatives to implement upgrades and updated training packages

- Meets all qualifications and skills required of a Junior Support Systems Trainer/Mentor
- Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category
- Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced
- Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with mínimal oversight and direction
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
- Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
- Minimum 8 years of military experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience with deployment and re-deployment management
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
**Clearance**: Requires a Secret clearance
**Location**:Vicenza, Italy
**Travel**:Travel will be required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations.
