YOUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.
The Legal Affairs Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Antonella Fontana, who has extensive experience in Legal Affairs.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Preparation, monitoring, integration and verification of the documentation to be submitted to the competent Authorities (Study Protocols to the Ethics Committees);Support in the management of requests from the IIT Research Lines involved in the aforementioned Studies, both for ethics and personal data protection issues.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS A Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Law or equivalentGood knowledge of the regulations on ethics and personal data protection: Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and ISO 14155:2020; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and subsequent amendments and additionsPredisposition to interdisciplinary, with particular reference to the intersection between regulatory affairs and personal data protectionExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood knowledge of the English languageFamiliarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and ExcelADDITIONAL SKILLS Problem-solving attitudeAbility to work in teamInterpersonal skillsCOMPENSATION PACKAGE Competitive salary package for international standardsWide range of staff discounts2 days of teleworking per weekFlexible working timeWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
