Main Content of Job ScopeSupport users in the areas of Engineering Data Analysis applications.Incident support: resolve incidents reported by users by analyzing/debugging business cases versus application behavior.Design, develop, and deploy workaround to resume production activities.Collect and analyze user requirements and work with respective application teams for existing application enhancement.Handle/facilitate application qualification and acceptance test (UAT) of new applications release or new applications.Participate in the design or development of applications working closely with other application teams and external software providers.Provide on-call support to fix critical issues reported during non-business hours.Participate in new solutions definitions/POC with the architecture group.Write and maintain technical documentation.Contribute to site digital transformation.Access various technologies: scripting in LINUX environment, Python, R, PERL, ORACLE PL/SQL procedures, APF/RTD reporting.Profile RequiredThe candidate should have attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field with two to three years of experience in development. Fluent in English, ability to travel, and be on duty.

Hold a degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology.Have a good command of English for interaction with engineers globally.Experience Level RequiredLess than 2 years
