Giving advice on the correct use/configuration of the applications Managing the customer/Company communication in relation to the Customer Support Service Checking and monitoring the provided support levels Editing and updating internal and external documentation Receiving, analysing and managing the perfective changes requested by the client after their release Possibly delivering training to customers about Trueblue's systems REQUIREMENTS: Experience in customer management in the consulting and post-sales field Experience in team work Autonomy in the organization of work according to priorities Orientation to individual and team results Ability to analyse and understand requests and assigned activities Communication, management and information sharing skills Use of computer tools, such as: PC/iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of English at C1 level THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE: Knowledge of a further foreign language among German, French and Spanish will be a plus Knowledge and use of web conferencing tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
