In your role as Supply Senior Specialist Electronics HHP, within the Group Procurement department, you will report to the Supply Manager for a specific Product Line.
You will be the procurement reference point for Electronic Developments and Supply Chain & Operation.
Your main activities will include: Collaborate with Group Procurement Director and Innovation Team in scouting new suppliers.Ensure New Product Introduction discipline and deliverables within the Procurement Organization, in strict coordination with Product Platforms and Electronic Research and Development.Plan and coordinate cost reduction activities, new suppliers' homologations as well as quality improvement initiatives.Ensure supplier readiness liaising with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Procurement.Keep track of buy parts and tooling lead times to identify and manage critical paths.Ensure that parts and toolings meet the requirements.Support phase-in and phase-out activities.As our ideal candidate, you have a degree in Engineering and a solid experience of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational Company. You have excellent analytical and planning skills, the ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines. Your problem-solving skills, teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility complete your profile. English knowledge and proficiency in the main MS Office tools (Excel) are basic requirements.
The position is based in Agrate Brianza (Italy) with the opportunity of some remote working (in a hybrid environment).
