Supply Planning Specialist

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Supply Planning Team , the key responsibilities are:
Entering and monitoring production plans, purchase orders and deliveries
Development of annual capacity and production plans working together with suppliers and subcontractors
Creation and maintenance of material master records
Support Logistics in inbound activities
Cooperation with Product and Packaging Development teams to ensure firm timelines for new product launches
Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance and Sales departments in order to solve any service level issues, to guarantee stock coverages, to reduce production and warehousing costs
Analysis and improvement of logistics and planning processes
REQUIREMENTS
Background in Planning and Logistics is required
Strong relational skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Flexibile attitude and problem-solving approach
Strong use of Excel and SAP
Fluent in English
