Innovation means looking ahead and satisfying every new need dictated by the constant change in consumer trends.Ariete was founded in Florence in 1964, and is part of the De'Longhi Group since 2001.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Supply Planning and Technical Documentation Specialist is responsible to ensure the seamless availability of products for sale by meticulously planning orders to suppliers in accordance with commercial forecasts. The role is pivotal in maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock. Additionally, the role will oversee the management of technical documentation associated with the products, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards.The perfect candidate will:- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, adjusting purchase orders as needed to prevent stockouts or overages.- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues to ensure on-time arrivals.- Maintain a comprehensive database of technical documentation for all products, including specifications, manuals, and certifications.- Organize and update technical documentation to reflect product revisions, improvements, or regulatory changes.- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.Job Profile- Diploma from an industrial technical institute (mechanical, electronic, electrical), or higher education level- Fluency in English and Italian languages, both written and spoken; - Previous experience of 1/3 years in a technical or supply chain role is a plus.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and forecasting; - Good communication and negotiation abilities for engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders; - Familiarity with technical documentation management systems and standards is preferred; - Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation; - Ability to thrivein a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
