**Job Summary**:

We offer you to be part of the Planning team of PS Additional Materials.
Our mission is to manage sourcing, production and supply of Closures, Straws and Strips, enabling the transformation to a more environmentally sustainable portfolio, by deploying the new tethered Caps and Paper Straw production lines.
AM organisation is currently supplying yearly approx.
45 billion caps, 20 billion straws and 20kton of strips produced in 20 Tetra Pak plants and in other 16 external plants and is delivering worldwide both to our converting factories and final customers.
This is a permanent role and require occasional travelling.
The preferred location of the role is Modena.
**What you will do**:
Within PS AM Planning team, we are looking for a Supply Planner who will work within PS AM area as well as Market Groups teams and whose main area of responsibility will focus on:
- Global planning of assigned AM portfolio products participating to the S&OP process from a global and regional point of view
- Inventory Control and Optimization based on demand fluctuation and installed base expected production
- Planning demand allocation to both Tetra Pak AM internal and external factories
- Regular follow-up of allocated volumes with external supplier providing quarterly analyses of the deviations
- Standardize, maintain and implement supply planning processes cross Regions
- Planning review in case of BCP or tight supply situations.
- KPI deployment and actions, contributing to identify and attack losses along our supply chain, deploying the WCM methodology.
- Provide demand analysis to promptly address business decisions
- Support automatic order confirmation on orders towards external converters
- Contribute to the creation of a flawless integrated Supply Chain, from capacity planning to after-sales support by an effective collaboration with ISC, CS&D teams in MO, Planning Hubs
- Reinforce the business relationship with market operations and regions trough the S&OP structure
**We believe you have**:
- You have preferably a Bachelor or master's degree in industrial Engineering.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
- You have at least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain or in Customer Service Area, with knowledge of OFPM processes, MRP and replenishment concepts; able to expertly run reporting on Power Bi.
- You are an effective team player that ensures efficient information flow and supports colleagues to reach team goals.
