Founded in February 2021 by seven ex-Airbnb colleagues, Landfolk is an online marketplace for handpicked holiday homes. Based in Aarhus, Denmark, we're rapidly expanding across Europe, operating in Denmark, Norway, Germany, and Sweden. Our curated approach ensures that we offer only the most beautiful and unique holiday homes to our community of travellers.
We recently raised a €10.3M series A from top investors (EIFO, SEED Capital & HEARTLAND) to drive our expansion into Europe, of which this role is a key part.
We are looking for a full-time Supply Manager to spearhead expansion into Italy. As a key member of our growing team, you'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with holiday homeowners across Italy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Landfolk's presence in a new market while contributing to our mission of helping people get out of town – closer to nature and each other.
The opportunityAs the Supply Manager for Italy, you'll have the exciting challenge of launching and growing our presence in a key European market. You'll be the driving force behind our Italian expansion, responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

High level of autonomy and ownership in building our Italian market from the ground up while benefiting from the guidance and support of our experienced central team.Directly contribute to Landfolk's European growth strategy by shaping the supply landscape in Italy.A chance to join a fast-growing startup with a proven track record of success: Our exec team is made up of repeat founders (sold their previous startup to Airbnb).A talented team of professionals as colleagues with diverse backgrounds from the startup environment in Denmark.What Your Days And Responsibilities Would Look LikeIdentify and reach out to potential holiday homeowners across Italy, conveying Landfolk's values and unique value proposition.Drive supply growth by proactively identifying and generating leads through diverse strategies, including digital channels, direct outreach, partnerships, and local market research to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality properties.Develop and execute a strategy for onboarding high-quality holiday homes that align with Landfolk's brand and standards.Build and nurture relationships with Italian holiday homeowners, addressing their interests, concerns, and questions.Utilise your local knowledge and cultural understanding to ensure a successful launch and growth in the Italian market.Collaborate with the wider Landfolk team to refine and improve onboarding processes for new hosts.Act as the primary point of contact for all Italian market operations, leading supply-side efforts and collaborating with the wider team on demand-side initiatives.What You Will Bring To The RoleCommercial expertise with an understanding of short-term vacation rental pricing strategies, calendar management, and revenue optimisation.Experience with property managers ideally in a sales, business development or account management capacity.At least three years of experience in the vacation rental industry.Native Italian language skills with fluent English (verbal and written).Deep understanding of Italian culture, traditions, and regional differences.Ability to engage and influence owners of premium holiday homes.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Passion for travel, holiday homes, and connecting people with unique experiences.Located in Italy, in one of the following locations: Tuscany region or Liguria Region with frequent travel to Aarhus, Denmark.It would be nice if you also havePrior experience in a marketplace or startup environment.Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, French).Why should you choose to work at LandfolkHere's a chance to make your mark on the most ambitious platform for premium houses in Europe, whilst growing professionally in and beyond your role.We all enjoy a casual tone, lots of laughs, and room for diversity.
