We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Supply & Demand Planning Manager at the international level for our AGM area (APAC & Growth Markets).

In this role, you will forecast customer demand, ensure optimal product availability, and maintain ideal inventory levels across our distribution network.
Collaborating with Sales, Commercial Operations, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams, you will develop and execute strategies that meet customer needs and support our financial objectives.

As part of a globally operating, mid-sized organization, you will play a key role in promoting collaboration, accountability, and trust while aligning with our mission and values.
Your focus will include continuous improvements in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to enhance customer experiences and optimize supply chain performance.

Duties and Responsibilities Analyze market trends and historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory optimization strategies.
Drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with production, distribution, and business objectives.
Own regional demand planning, including sales commitments, indirect demand, and inventory forecasting.
Utilize SAP IBP and other tools to generate forecasts, expand planning functionalities, and develop performance dashboards.
Advocate for customer-centric solutions, balancing patient-first approaches with company goals.
Manage the activity of a small international team to achieve the final goals.
The Individual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and inventory optimization.
Expertise in statistical forecasting tools (SAP IBP preferred) and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in ERP systems, KPI management, and business operations processes.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude toward business challenges.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
