To ensure that orders from our Customers are handled correctly, in a timely fashion and that customer demands are met and communicated in an efficient and professional manner.
What you will be doing in this position:
- Ensure there is continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement department.
- Continuous follow up on quotes and orders
- Process orders including non-available items
- Process shipments
- Print pick lists for warehouse if required
- Report picking if required
- Scan Delivery Notes when applicable
- Create invoice for closed orders
- Supply Customer Service with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders i.e.
charges, delays, availability etc.
- Provide complete and updated information to warehouse concerning time and place of delivery
- Maintain required control reports and documentation
- Assist other departments as needed on stock orders and purchase orders

- Relevant education and/-or relevant work experience
- Customer focused with the ability to understand and react/adapt to their needs
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
