To expand our Supply Chain Department, we are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST.Responsibilities:Logistic management: coordinate the movement of materials between supplier warehouses and production, ensuring the supply of material to production departments in the time and quantities necessary to meet the expected production;Production planning: schedule and manage suppliers to ensure production;Supply management: ensure that stocks are always adequate to requirements, collaborating with suppliers to ensure the necessary stock levels;Process optimization: analyze supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and delivery times;Technical Skills:Knowledge and experience of management systems and ERP: Use supply chain management software - ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems;Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools;Ability to analyze large amounts of data and translate them into concrete actions;Skills in managing national and international logistics flows.Soft Skills:Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify and solve complex problems;Ability to work under pressure: In highly dynamic contexts and with tight deadlines;Effective communication: Clear and collaborative interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers;Teamwork: Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals;Collaboration with production, purchasing and sales teams to ensure that customer demand and related production are met;Ability to get involved and propose innovative solutions to improve the supply chain and reduce waste and costs.Requirements:Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent;Experience in the supply chain or logistics sector;In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes;Advanced knowledge of supply chain management systems (ERP, MRP) and logistics;You will be working in a high-tech setting where you will learn a lot.You will collaborate with your colleagues in order to achieve common goals and projects.Savio strongly believes in people.
