Supply Chain Specialist

Our client is an Italian Biopharmaceutical Company with over a century of history and expertise in the development and commercialization of innovative molecules.
We are looking for the SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST About the Company: With a strong history and a commitment to innovation, our client is dedicated to develop and commercialize innovative drugs in Oncology.
As part of an ambitious strategic plan, the Company is expanding its presence and growing in Europe, starting from Italy, which will serve as the Headquarters for the International Operations.
The Opportunity: To enable the Company growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to strengthen the International Headquarters and play an important role in developing the Company growth at the European level.
Key Responsibilities: · Support the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating the Supply Chain processes with all key stakeholders (production and commercial) and in discussing with Commercial teams in order to define the mid-long term plans, in line with products delivery deadlines and guidelines received by Affiliates and Commercial HQ · Implement, utilize and optimize the supply planning tools and processes in order to prepare an integrated plan and to drive supply chain effectiveness · Support the Supply Chain Manager in order to manage Artwork and Serialization processes and to ensure that inventory policies are applied to achieve the target inventory levels and reduce end to end cycle time · Support the Supply Chain Manager in order to ensure compliance with all SOP and GDP requirements and Company policies and practices, including safety, quality rules and regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
Experience: 5+ years of Supply Chain Management in Pharma Companies or CMOs SAP and other Supply Chain tools knowledge Experience in the areas of Supply Planning, Artwork and Serialization processes management, inventory management and Warehousing/Logistics in an international environment.
