Supply Chain & Sourcing Strategy Manager

ACTIVITIES - Manage the company's supplier portfolio ensuring its transparency, analyzing and calculating procurement costs and suggesting methods to reduce spending;
- Research and identify new potential strategic suppliers for the business;
- Based on the technical specifications provided by the technical area, ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines by selecting certified components;
- Lead guidelines to Purchase Function to ensure agreement on terms and processes;
REQUIREMENTS - Master or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Management - 7 years + experience in a high-level complexity Supply Chain environment
- Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of the production sectors of reference and market trends
- Knowledge of Logistic and Lean Management principles
- Knowledge of industrial components
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Excellent Problem Solving skills
- Excellent Change Agent and vision
