**Job Title**:Supply Chain Project Manager**
**Job Description**:
Manages the follow up of all customers production orders cycle by consolidating information for offer preparation, providing Order Status Reports to the client and commercial Front End and ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Manages Pre-Manufacturing Meetings
Supervises to all the processes involved along the commercial cycle from material procurement, qualification lot special productions, material inspections, special requirements on documentation, milestone invoice issuance, logistic booking, Material Record Book issuance, NCR Management (CLAIM), Third Parties Supplier management and follow up.
Oversees Liquidated Damages discussions with Customer, manages Variation Orders Management, coordinates Closure meetings with the customer extending the follow up to the third party suppliers activities in case of external production.
Manages internal KPI related to his projects (OTD, STOCKS, RECEIVABLES, OVERDUE ITEMS).
Oversees order processing procedures, ensuring that they are responsive and synchronized to client requirements and he ensures real time order tracking.
