This is a 12-month contract position.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Financial Risk Analysis: Partnering and point of reference for Procurement Team to develop Commodity Strategy limited to the Financial Risk and Business Continuity Plan KPIs. Execute Financial Risk analysis leveraging Risk Management Tools, such as Power App Financial Risk Management, Orbis, D&B, Interos, and all other available tools. Facilitate and train stakeholders to elevate Financial Risk Culture in the Procurement organizations. Partnering and point of reference for IET Supply Chain Procurement Teams to develop communalities in Enterprise Risk Management. Coordinate and execute the monthly/quarterly rolling and reporting on Key Risk Indicator for the Enterprise Risk Management. Collaborate with Procurement Risk Leader in preparing and exposing on a recurrent basis the ERM status to the Senior Leadership Team. Accountable for the Business Continuity with Critical Suppliers, working with Procurement for Plans collection and executing Plans validation. Collaborating with HQ in Risk Management, ensuring key requirement alignment and implementation at Baker Hughes level. Operational Risks: Manage all related activities to grant Baker Hughes suppliers subject to "art. 4 Dl n. 124/19 convertito dalla L. 157/19" full adherence, coordinating supporting external providers' activities. Coordinate recurrent Line of Balance activities to be executed by Procurement Risk Team and Procurement ITO Team, to monitor Risk analysis and mitigation execution on time. To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity management. Be English fluent, both in writing and speaking. Show excellent all-round communication and influencing skills. Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions. Show strong oral and written communication skills.
