As the Supply Chain Process Specialist, you will provide support and leadership for the Regional Distribution team. Lead process improvement programs to enhance workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness, while managing reports to ensure accurate insights into distribution performance and inventory status. Analyze distribution data to identify trends and troubleshoot issues, offering relevant recommendations based on findings. Build distribution projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while collaborating with teams to achieve project goals and resolve any challenges that arise.

You will Report to: Regional Manager
Responsibilities: Technical Process Improvement: Identify, define, justify and implement process improvements to improve site performance (quality, cost reduction, safety). Manage department work order completion and implementation of new processes within department. Assist on completion of improvements on department roadmap.Technical Problem Solving: Provide operations solutions for safety, quality and process issues. Attend and facilitate team meeting and problem solving sessions to solve department and site-wide issues regarding safety, quality, inventory, cost and service.Project Leadership and Support: Support site improvement projects such as quality improvement changes, cost reductions, inventory and packaging management. Create tools, reports and databases to lead proactive improvements and build historical data. Improve CI culture within the department by implementing 5S methodology to support site CIMA certification goals.Your Professional Profile Includes:
• Related experience of 2 to 4 years
• At least a High School Diploma
• Knowledge of material flow systems, technologies and ERP system.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving regulations and protocol.
• Knowledge of supply chain function and processes.
