**Responsibilities**:
The resource, inserted within the Supply Chain function in the supply chain process automation team, will take care of the following activities:
- Definition of processes for managing the flow of materials/components/semi-finished products within the company by interfacing with the various company functions and, in collaboration with IS, ensuring full integration into existing management tools.
- Manages, in collaboration with the bodies that generated them, the maintenance of the coding (payment errors, inconsistencies), guaranteeing the alignment of physical stocks and correct valorisation.
- Participates in inventory activities in collaboration with Warehouse and Finance and provides operational guides for the management of physical warehouses, for the management of subcontractors and for the management of subsidiaries; analyzes inventory deltas and defines appropriate corrective actions with those responsible for material handling.
- Collaborate with Warehouse & Logistics in automating the logistics and warehouse process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent training;
- Good knowledge of management systems;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Analytical and synthesis skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and propensity to work in cross-functional teams;
- Organization, result orientation, proactivity and resourcefulness;
